Beruclean 3050
High performance multipurpose cleaner suitable for scrubber vacuum machines as well as manual cleaning processes. The universal cleaner can be diluted with water based on the degree of contamination. Beruclean 3050 is suitable for cleaning of equipment’s, industrial floors, engines, vehicles etc. Suitable for cleaning of steel and ferrous materials, aluminium, tiles, glass and plastic surfaces.
The special cleaner has low consumption and is neutral towards paints, rubber seals, plastics and textile mediums. Beruclean 3050 does not contain any complexing agents or other components which lead to problems regarding waste water treatment.
Mineral oil containing waste water need to be pre- treated by means of suitable devices (e.g. light liquid separator) before further process. In any case the local regulations of authorities have to be observed.
- Beruclean 3050 is user and environment friendly as the surfactants used in the product formulation are bio-degradable.
- Beruclean 3050 can be used in ultrasonic cleaning machines as well.

Usage:
- Wear suitable protective gear such as gloves, safety goggles and mask during the cleaning process.
- Ensure ventilation for air circulation and conducive work environment.
- Based on the degree of contamination, we recommend a ratio of 1: 20 to 1: 5 with water.
- Test Surfaces: Beruclean 3050 can be used on glass, plastic surfaces, aluminium, steel, ferric, concrete and tile surfaces. Beruclean 3050 is neutral towards paints, rubber seals, plastics, textiles and aluminium. Before using Beruclean 3050 on a larger or more visible area, test it on a small, inconspicuous spot to ensure it doesn’t cause any unwanted reactions, such as discoloration or damage.
- Application: Use Beruclean 3050 directly onto the surface you intend to clean. Ensure a contact time of 15 minutes. Be mindful not to oversaturate the area, as this could lead to wastage and increase risk of extended contact. Subsequently mop, scrub or brush the area with clean cloth or scouring pads.
- Follow Contact Time: Adhere to the recommended contact time of 15 minutes. Avoid letting the solution sit on surfaces for longer than instructed to prevent potential damage.
- Rinsing: After the appropriate contact time of 15 minutes and subsequent cleaning, thoroughly rinse the area with water to remove any residual cleaner. This step is crucial to prevent any lingering product residues from causing damage over time. Repeat the process of application, rinsing and cleaning for enhanced cleaning effect or rigid residues.
- Avoid Mixing: Never mix Beruclean 3050 with other cleaning product. Mixing different chemicals can result in unknown reactions.
- Storage: Store the cleaner in its original container, tightly sealed, and out of reach of children and pets. Keep it away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Disposal: Dispose of any leftover cleaner and empty containers according to local regulations. Do not pour it down drains or toilets without proper guidance.
- First Aid: In case of accidental exposure to skin or eye, flush with plenty of water. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.
