EDM Oils for Superior Surface Finish: BECHEM Dielectricum
BECHEM’s range of spark erosion fluids also known as die electric fluids or EDM fluids are based on high quality hydrocarbons with a narrow-cut mix of naphthenic and paraffinic compounds in optimal ratio. The low viscosity of the spark erosion fluids ensure better circulation, rinsing and quick removal of metal residues. BECHEM’s Dielectricum range of EDM oils possess excellent oxidation stability and are capable of withstanding high erosion environment. The advanced formulation of the BECHEM Dielectricum range ensures low electrode wear.
The non-water-soluble, clear fluid is almost odourless and has excellent cooling properties. BECHEM Dielectricum range of EDM oils enable faster dust settlement positively impacting the quality of oil available for the machining process. They can be used as spark erosion fluid in electric discharge machining of both sensible and rough shapes.
Advantages of BECHEM Dielectricum range of EDM oils,
Superior surface finish of the machined surface
Low electrode wear, therefore increased tool life
Improves cutting speed
Easy flushing of after process debris
Low fume generation during the machining process
Effective dispersion of melted work piece due to evaporation explosion of the oil
Ensures cleaner machines
