Issues faced by customer during metal drawing process:
- ‘Part failure’ of the sheet metal, i.e. defects in the formed metal part during the deep drawing operation
- Frequent unloading of the die leading to unplanned downtime and delayed production cycle
- Scratch marks and poor surface finish of the drawn product resulting in significant increase in rejection rates
