High temperature grease for long life lubrication. Berutemp M2 KN has excellent sealing qualities with superior resistance to water and steam. The combination of polyurea thickener with high viscosity base oil ensures excellent resistance against wear as well as excellent temperature versus consistency behaviour. The high performance grease provides good corrosion protection.

Applications: Recommended for dryer section bearings and hot air fans in paper plants.

Based on metal complex thickener, Beruplex LI EP 2 is a long term lubricating grease for applications exposed to high and shock loads. Has good pumpability for central lubrication systems.

Berulub FG-H 2 SL

Synthetic high performance grease with superior wear and corrosion protection for food and pharma processing industry. Berulub FG H 2 SL has good adhesive and sealing properties and provides stiff resistance to hot, cold water, steam, alkalic and acidic solutions, disinfectants and cleaning agents. FG H 2 SL ensures high strength lubricating film between contact partners even under high loads as well as prevents sticks slip phenomenon. Berusynth GP 68 to 1000

Berusynth GP series are Polyalphaolefin based high performance synthetic gear oils available from ISO VG 69 to 1000 with good viscosity temperature behaviour. Berusynth GP range of gear oils provide excellent oxidation, shear stability, superior load carrying capacity and wear protection. With very high ageing resistance, Berusynth GP series allows for extended oil changing intervals.The gear oil series with reduced coefficient of friction results in lower sump temperatures, minimum power loss and extended oil change intervals.

Berulub 932 Anti Seize Paste

Extreme high temperature paste for screw connections with good wear protection. Suitable for all kinds of bolted connections exposed to high temperatures and corrosive influence. Berulub 932 Antiseize Paste is resistant to hot and cold water as well as acids and leaches. Provides corrosion protection as well as prevents cold welding and fretting corrosion. Has high oxidation stability. Does not contain any metal pigments such as lead, copper, nickel or aluminium.

Applications: Recommended for heavily loaded screw or plug-type connections of steel, stainless steel or non ferrous metals. Prevents seizure of screws and nuts in spindles or press-fits exposed to high temperatures such as in refineries. Suitable for sealing of mechanisms such as valves, slides or metal seals used in chemical industry. Also recommended as multipurpose paste for extreme temperature applications in steel and cement mills, mining industry, ship building, packing machines and food and beverage industry.
