Minimum Quantity Lubrication
Covering a wide range of materials and applications, BECHEM’s MQL (Minimum Quantity Lubrication) range are operator and machine friendly as they are odorless and leave no stain or residues on the machine.
With minimal consumption, the Berucut and Berfuform range of high quality MQL by BECHEM are environment friendly. Superior targeted lubricity ensures reduction of friction between the tool and work interface.
Designed by BECHEM Germany, BECHEM’s MQL range provides a boost to your productivity by ensuring extended tool life and excellent surface finish.
Berucut and Beruform heavy duty series guarantee superior machining results with excellent surface finish for severe operations. With standout performances, BECHEM has been the trusted go to partner for tool and machine manufacturers across the globe.
Our Expertise
BECHEM’s MQL range of advanced lubricants form a continuous film on the tool and metal job interface with the intention of reducing friction and thereby temperature build up. Berucut and Beruform range of MQL lubricants possess excellent lubricity as well as good flushing properties.
Advanced MQL Range: Benefits
- Environment friendly – Minimal consumption(<50ml/h)
- Wide range
- Neutral in odour
- Maintenance free
- Improved productivity – Increased tool life
