Berucut and Berugrind range of neat oils by BECHEM possess excellent flushing properties and support high speed cutting. These special series are extremely resistant to ageing and provide longer sump life.

Berucut XC 1010 is a non-water miscible coolant based on synthetic fluids developed for difficult machining processes. The high-performance cutting fluid based on advanced formulation is recommended for demanding and high-speed machining processes while ensuring longer tool life.

The special cutting fluid has low evaporation tendency and high flash point enabling higher safety quotient and better work environment.  Berucut XC 1010 ensures low consumption for machining processes and also provides good corrosion protection. Recommended for machining steel and cast iron.

Berucut SCO 36 is developed for regular to intensive machining processes such as milling, turning, drilling, threading, punching, broaching, hobbing, reaming, tapping, shaping, skiving, cold sawing and automatic turning.

It is recommended for machining stainless steel, titanium, aluminium, cast iron, steel alloys, copper alloys, titanium alloys, aluminium alloys and non- ferrous metals.

The high-performance cutting fluid is extremely resistant to ageing and provides good protection from corrosion.

Berucut SCO 316 HC has excellent filterability, good flushing properties and also ensures low aerosol formation.

Recommended for machining such as grinding, drilling, milling, turning, thread cutting, tooth/ gear grinding, deep drilling.
