Cold Forming Oils
BECHEM’s range of cold forming oils have been developed after thoroughly understanding requirements of the customer and subsequently collaborating with machine manufacturers for superior product function.
Extreme surface pressure between tool and work piece require high performance parting agents which are able to build up pressure resistant layers during the cold forming process such as punching and blanking in order to prevent premature wear, fretting or even breakage of the tools.
BECHEM’s range of cold forming oils have been developed after thoroughly understanding requirements of the customer and subsequently collaborating with machine manufacturers for superior product function. Berudraw and Beruform range of speciality fluids by BECHEM for punching and blanking operations are cost efficient, eco friendly and provide superior surface finish.
