Material handling equipment in heavy industries constantly operate under heavy as well as shock loads with constant exposure to dust and moisture. In a recent tribological study of bearings in various applications at raw material handling section, it was observed that inappropriate lubricant selection was the most common cause for bearing failures causing downtime and loss.
Selected grease for such heavy duty applications need to maintain its viscosity at bearing operating temperatures and should also be equipped with special additives to ensure a thick and stable film between contact surfaces under pressure. The grease should also provide necessary sealing against dust and water while providing corrosion protection to the contact zone.

High Lub FA 67 II is a long term lubricating grease for high load as well as high speed applications. This high performance grease possesses good wear protection, superior water resistance as well as reliable corrosion protection properties.
Applications: High Lub FA 67 II is recommended for long term lubrication of heavily loaded, high-speed roller bearings as well as bearings exposed to water during operations. As a long life lubricating grease, High Lub 67 II is suitable for lubrication of automotive components such as window regulator channels and pulleys.

BECHEM High Lub L2 MO is a heavy duty, long life grease with good anti wear and reliable corrosion protection properties. Inbuilt solid lubricants and EP additives in High Lub L2 MO ensures high load carrying ability. The product provides good temperature resistance as well as possesses excellent pumpability.
Applications: Recommended for plain and roller bearings in industrial and construction sector. Suitable for joints in rolling mills, ball joints, machine tools, construction machinery, rail road vehicles, crushers, cranes, tractors, brake rod linkages, eccentric bearings. Also suitable as life lubricants in small roller bearings and sliding parts in starter motors, electric motors, household appliances etc.
